CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL AREA
We provide services in construction site supervision and quality control, conducting daily monitoring of the construction site and aspects such as:
– Ensuring that construction solutions comply with specifications and technical requirements.
– Controlling and documenting all construction stages, creating a comprehensive record of project traceability.
– Identifying deviations, documenting each situation, and notifying the responsible parties to resolve the issue.
– Managing construction personnel to achieve predefined objectives.
– Monitoring daily subcontractor production, directing manpower to fulfill critical tasks.
